Delivery, payment, privacy and the full terms for every order placed on this website.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are packed within 24 hours of confirmation and shipped across India, usually arriving in 3 to 6 working days. The delivery fee shown at checkout applies to all PIN codes and is waived once your order crosses the free-delivery amount displayed in your cart. All orders are paid online at checkout — cards, UPI, net banking and wallets.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds on any product, opened or unopened, once an order is placed. The only exception is a product that arrives damaged in transit or is the wrong item: report it within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Where the damage or error is verified, we will send a replacement of the same product. No monetary refund is provided.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled only before it is marked shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and no refund is issued.

Privacy

We collect only the details needed to deliver your order: name, contact number, email and address. We never sell your data, and payment details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Product photographs are indicative; natural oils can vary slightly in colour from batch to batch.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds on any product, opened or unopened, for reasons including change of mind, disliked fragrance or incorrect selection. Perfume oils and attars are sealed personal-care goods subject to hygiene and safety restrictions. The sole exception is a product confirmed by us to have arrived damaged in transit or to be the wrong item, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs, in which case a replacement of the same product is provided at our discretion in place of any monetary refund. An order may be cancelled only before dispatch. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. 22. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing product, or a product materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly through our official customer-support channel.
