Shopping with Bilal Perfume
Shipping & delivery
Orders are packed within 24 hours of confirmation and shipped across India, usually arriving in 3 to 6 working days. Delivery is free for customers in Ratnagiri (PIN codes starting 415); elsewhere the delivery fee shown at checkout applies and is waived once your order crosses the free-delivery amount displayed in your cart. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible PIN codes, with the COD handling fee shown before you confirm.
Returns & refunds
Unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because fragrance is a personal item, opened bottles can only be returned if they arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled any time before it is marked shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will cancel and refund it.
Privacy
We collect only the details needed to deliver your order: name, contact number, email and address. We never sell your data, and payment details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
Terms
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Product photographs are indicative; natural oils can vary slightly in colour from batch to batch.
